Judge it on the client record, not the candidate one

Is a recruitment CRM different from an ATS?

They overlap. The ATS is organised around the req and the applicants against it; the CRM is organised around the client and the relationship that produces reqs. Small agencies need both and usually buy one product that does each half adequately.

Do I need one if I place a dozen roles a year?
